Hey! I’m Brook 💅🏼✨ I’m the nail tech behind Brook’s Nail Nook, and I’m so happy you’re here! I got into nails in 2024 because I’ve always loved anything creative, and honestly… there’s just something so fun about getting to turn a blank set of nails into something you LOVE. Whether you want something simple and clean or fun and extra, I’m here for it. 🤎 When you come see me, I want you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and like you can just be yourself. We can chat, laugh, vent about life, or just enjoy some quiet time while I do your nails. 😂 I’m always learning, trying new things, and finding new nail styles to add to my services because I want to keep getting better at what I do. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
This policy helps me maintain availability and continue providing the highest level of service to all of my clients. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, and I am always happy to work with you when unexpected situations arise.
